The increasing popularity of the White Horse as a place to enjoy exciting food has given its owners the opportunity to open The Barn Restaurant.
The 50-cover restaurant is situated in the old barn to the side of the main building, with its own quiet lounge area with views of the garden and at table drinks service. An excellent wine list that has created quiet a stir amongst wine buffs but is equally enjoyed by those who perhaps only take wine with a meal as a special treat.
This much need extra capacity has allowed Head Chef Nathan Boon to extend his menu so there is now a choice of fine dining in the Barn Restaurant or the more traditional atmosphere of the Pub with its own Bar Menu.
The Barn is also an idea location for private parties and small functions with direct access from the garden entrance summer functions can also use the terrace and garden where diners can experience ‘Alfresco’ dining during the warm balmy days of summer.
